Tommy Gene Mitchell
Tommy Gene Mitchell, age 49, Phil Campbell, passed away Aug. 14 at his residence.
The family will have a memorial service at 10 a.m. Aug. 19 at Rocky Top Baptist Church in Hackleburg.
He is preceded in death by his father, Travis Mitchell; mother, Charlene Mitchell; brothers, Randall Mitchell and Jimmy Mitchell; sister, Patsy Dixon; and nephew, Heath Hulsey.
He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Shanna Hendrix, Brittany Ables and Derick Mitchell; special son-in-law, Jeremy Hendrix; grandchildren, Skylar, Savannah, Caleb, Ethan and Lizzie; siblings, Betty Green and husband Mark, Pauline Chandler and husband Allen and Gina Loveless; Charlie Mitchell and wife Susuan and Jack Mitchell and wife Amy; best friend, Sherman Ward; and several nieces and nephews.
