Frankie Joe Lawler

Frankie Joe Lawler, age 65, Hackleburg, passed away July 12 at ECM Hospital.

Frankie Joe loved fishing and hunting. He was an avid Alabama fan.

The visitation will be noon to 2 p.m. July 16 at Spry Memorial Chapel, with the funeral following at 2 p.m. in the chapel. Speaking at the service will be Bro. M.L. Weaver and Sister Shelby Phillips. Burial will be at Shady Grove Cemetery.

The pallbearers will be Mike Madden, Craig Madden, Tim Oliver, Larry Montgomery, Gary Herring, and William McCarley.

He is survived by his children, Casey Lawler, LaShawn Hodge and Dustin Green; several grandchildren; brother, Jerry Lawler and wife Peggy; sister, Fayrene Townsend; nephew, Keith Lawler; nieces, Tammy Townsend Black, Jan Townsend, Tracy Lawler Swinney and Deidrea Lawler Green; several great- and great-great-nieces and nephews; as well as other family and friends who loved Frankie Joe very much.

He is preceded in death by his father, Marlin Leon Lawler; mother, Evie Oliver Lawler; and brother, Verdo Lawler.
