Dexter Lee Duncan

Dexter Lee Duncan, age 69, Phil Campbell, passed away April 22, 2016, at Russellville Healthcare.

The visitation will be 6-8 p.m. April 24 at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. April 25 at Spry Memorial Chapel with burial following at Belgreen Cemetery.

He is survived by his daughter, Tiffany Lee Duncan Odom; brothers, Travis Duncan and Wilmer Duncan and wife Evelyn; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Exie Mae Duncan; sisters, Louise Weeks, Betty Michael; brother, Billy Duncan; and infant sister.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of Ascera Care Hospice and to the nurses and staff of Russellville Health Care for the love and care of Dexter.
