Keelon, Phillips to wed June 3

Marilyn and Jerry Keelon of Muscle Shoals are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Anna Katelyn Keelon, to Matthew Kyle Phillips, son of Tana Hines and Jamey Phillips of Anderson.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Denver O’Neal, the late Iva Dean O’Neal, the late Junior Dennis, the late William A. Keelon and the late Vivian Keelon of Russellville.

She is a 2009 graduate of Russellville High School and graduated from Northwest-Shoals Community College and Athens State with her elementary education degree.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Larry and Yvonne Newton and J.C. and Marsha Phillips of Anderson.

He is a 2009 graduate of Lexington High School and graduated from Northwest-Shoals Community College with his electrical technology degree. He works at IES.

The wedding will be June 3, 2016.
