Billy Wayne “Sonny” Logan

Billy Wayne “Sonny” Logan, age 69, of Spruce Pine, passed away March 6 at his residence.

The visitation will be from 4-5 p.m. March 9 at Spry Memorial Chapel. The memorial service will follow at 5 p.m. in the chapel with Bro. Jack Henson and Bro. George Hutto officiating.

He leaves to cherish his memory his longtime friend, Wanda Bullock; mother, Sara Frances Hovater Logan; sister, Carol Logan Gault and husband Martin, Ellis “Skippy” Logan and wife Sarah; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his son, Brian Logan Miller; and father, William Lloyd Logan.
