Emma L. Thorne

Emma L. Thorne, 83, Russellville, passed away Feb. 26 at Russellville Health Care.

She lived most all of her life in Franklin County and was a member of North Highlands Church of Christ.

Funeral service will be Feb. 29 at 1 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home in Russellville with Phillip Goad officiating. The visitation will be prior to the service from11 a.m. until service time. Burial will follow in Franklin Memory Gardens.

Survivors include sons, Dan and wife Elizabeth Thorne, Russell and wife Jeanette Thorne; siblings, Curtis Peppers and Worley Ballard; grandchildren, Daniel Thorne, Trenton Thorne, Justin Thorne and Heather Rhodes; great-grandchildren, Clayton Thorne, Ethan Thorne, Abbey Thorne and Peyton Thorne; and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by husband Jack Thorne; parents Dee Curt and Aldie Forrester Ballard; son Robby Thorne; and grandson Curt Thorne.
