Earl Elmer (Mutt) Quillen

Earl Elmer (Mutt) Quillen, 84, Russellville, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2016, at his home.

Mr. Quillen, lived his entire life in Franklin County and was a member of the Baptist Church. He served one year in the Army and had over 30 years in the Army National Guard, Russellville unit. He was a self-employed brick mason.

A funeral service was held Friday, Jan. 29, 2016, at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville with Sammy Taylor officiating. Visitation was prior to the service until service time. Burial followed in Knights of Pythias Cemetery.

Survivors include wife, Doris Evelyn Quillen; daughter, Dianne Evans; brother, Charles Quillen; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews

He was preceded in death by parents, Miley and Ruth Treadway Quillen; five brothers; two sisters.
