Grand jury returns indictments

The following are the latest indictments returned by the Franklin County Grand Jury.

 

–       Alicia M. Abel, 44, 6194 Highway 19, Vina. Destruction of state property.

–       Robert Cort Armstrong, 28, 185 Bates Drive, Red Bay. Unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance, first degree; possession/receiving controlled substance; use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

–       Jason Sherman Baker, 38, 546 Bates Road, Haleyville. Domestic violence strangulation/suffocation.

–       Joshua Wade Baker, 30, 49 Holder Street, Phil Campbell. Theft of property, first degree; burglary, third degree; criminal mischief, second degree.

–       Christopher Adam Barnett, 40, 654 County Road 1162, Cullman. Conspiracy to traffic methamphetamine.

–       Angela Brooks, 27, 896 Hindman Road, Hodges. Possession/receiving controlled substance; use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

–       Christopher Michael Burney, 39, 8681 County Road 1043, Vinemont. Possession/receiving controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

–       Sarah Ann Campbell, 25, 420 Highway 20, Spruce Pine. Theft of property, third degree; breaking/entering a vehicle.

–       Jonathan Hunter Crouch, 18, 250 Dawn Road, Phil Campbell. Burglary, third degree; theft of property, second degree.

–       Latonya Deann Drake, 41, 660 New Bethel Road, Tuscumbia. Trafficking opium; conspiracy to traffic methamphetamine.

–       Christopher Arlin Fisher, 38, 1204 Oak Street, Russellville. Burglary, third degree; theft of property, first degree.

–       Stephanie Anne Fortner, 33, 2050 Hovater Mill Road, Russellville. Possession/receiving controlled substance. Use/possession drug paraphernalia.

–       John Walter Fowler, 30, 72 Depot St. Lot 2, Hodges. Possession/receiving controlled substance; resisting arrest; giving false name to officer.

–       Brian Keith Fuller, 46, 79 Smith Road, Phil Campbell. Attempted murder; attempted assault, first degree; domestic violence, third degree – harassment.

–       Tyler Blake Garrison, 24, 7670 Highway 243, Phil Campbell. Possession/receiving controlled substance.

–       Tanner Godsey, 24, 1680 County Line Church Road, Haleyville. Possession/receiving controlled substance; pedestrian under the influence; possession of marijuana, second degree.

–       April Nicole Gosa, 34, 136 Gosa Farm Road, Haleyville. Possession/receiving controlled substance; conspiracy to distribute controlled substance.

–       Christopher Adam Grimes, 30, 312 2nd Ave. NE, Red Bay. Burglary, third degree; theft of property, third degree.

–       Jennifer Fisher Hall, 29, 918 S. Jackson Ave., Russellville. Burglary, third degree; theft of property, first degree.

–       Skylar Wayne Hall, 19, 124 Tennessee St., Russellville. Unlawful manufacturing a controlled substance, first degree; unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance, second degree; burglary, third degree.

–       Andrew Riley Harris, 29, 200 Frazier Lane, Phil Campbell. Possession/receiving controlled substance; use/possession of drug paraphernalia; and conspiracy to traffic methamphetamine.

–       Stacy Marie Hyde, 35, P.O. Box 360, Russellville. Possession/receiving a controlled substance; possession of marijuana, second degree; use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

–       Tonya Lynn Irwin, 37, 706 Washington Ave. NW, Russellville. Sexual abuse, first degree; sexual torture/abuse.

–       Jeremy David Jorgenson, 26, 1109 Goddard Road, Bear Creek. Promoting prison contraband.

–       Joann Jorgenson, 69, 1109 Goddard Road, Bear Creek. Promoting prison contraband.

–       Scotty Lee Keeton, 31, 3811 Old Vina Road, Vina. Murder.

–       Tracy Bedell Kelley, 47, 4760 Highway 77, Russellville. Theft of property, second degree.

–       Brandon Skyler Kilby, 18, 608 Bethlehem Road, Russellville. Unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance first degree, two counts; use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

–       Lowell Edward Landers, 55, 76 Gail Avenue, Russellville. Robbery, first degree; burglary, first degree; and theft of property, second degree.

–       Darryl Wayne Locklear, 49, 2222 Railsplitter Road, Phil Campbell. Domestic violence strangulation/suffocation; domestic violence, third degree – menacing.

–       Kristy Nickol Luttrell, 22, 509 Byram Road, Fulton. Possession of a controlled instrument, second degree; theft of property, third degree.

–       Bo Glenn Nickelson, 29, 5736 Highway 243, Phil Campbell. Burglary, third degree, two counts; theft of property, first degree.

–       Benjimen Shaun Odom, 27, 31055 Highway 724, Russellville. Possession/receiving controlled substance; use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

–       Brandi Lee Owsley, 29, 65 Sterling Drive, Russellville. Child abuse, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, possessing/receiving controlled substance.

–       Angela Michell Perrigan, 38, 150 Cunningham Road, Russellville. Possessing/receiving controlled substance; use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

–       Ryan Curtis Leon Romans, 24, 106 East Ave. NE, Russellville. Domestic violence, second degree.

–       Bowen K. Self, 30, 988 Highway 324, Vina. Possessing/receiving controlled substance; alcohol – possessing/selling prohibited liquor; use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

–       Ashley Nicole Smith, 34, 1315 Turkey Farm Road. Possessing/receiving controlled substance; receiving stolen property, first degree, two counts.

–       Tommy Wayne Steward, 45, 2327 Waterloo Road, Russellville. Theft of property, second degree.

–       Billy Joe Stidham, 41, 75 Pharr Road, Vina. Domestic violence, second degree.

–       Zackeary E. Stout, 24, 509 Byram Road, Fulton. Possession of a forged instrument, second degree, two counts; theft of property, third degree.

–       Tina Ann Thompson, 51, 100 Westside Plaza Apartments, Russellville. Burglary, third degree; attempted theft of property, second degree.

–       James Christopher Thompkins, 43, 216 N. Carroll Ave. NE, Russellville. Trafficking opium, use/possession of drug paraphernalia; attempt to elude.

–       James Rocky West, 26, 743 Old Line Road, Hodges. Theft of property, first degree; criminal trespass, third degree; and theft of property, first degree.

–       Shawn Campbell Young, 27, 512 4th St. NE Lot 9, Red Bay. Possession of a controlled substance.
