Tommy Douglas Neill

Tommy Douglas Neill, 55, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2015 at his residence. He was born in Savannah, Tenn. to Hugh Douglas Neill and Mary Ellen Irvin Neill. He was a freight truck driver for UPS and was a member of Pilot Hill Baptist Church.

Services were held Friday, Dec. 11, at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, with Bro. H. Akins officiating. Burial was in Berry Cemetery, Vina.

Survivors are his wife, Nancy Neill, Red Bay; one daughter,Celena Bain, Golden, Miss.; one granddaughter, Adalyn Kira-Glen Kounelis; one sister, June Cook and husband, Allen Savannah, Tenn.; one brother, Jimmy Neill and wife, Paige Savannah, Tenn. and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his father and mother-in-law, Glen and Lonie Lindsey.

Pallbearers were be Jamie Cook, Toby Gray, Thomas Armstrong, John Holt, John Franks and Marcus Daniel.

Visitation was Friday, Dec. 11, at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay.
