Hoyt Ray Bowen, age 79, Russellville, passed away Friday, Oct. 16, 2015.
The visitation was from 5-8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 19, at Hackleburg First Baptist Church. The  3 p.m. funeral service was at the  Church Oct. 20, 2015,  with Bro. Jerry Boyles and Bro. Wayne Overton officiating. Interment was in Cedar Tree Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by parents, William Forney and Annie Warren Bowen, and brothers, L.D. and Larry Bowen.
He is survived by his wife, Alma Bowen; son, Tony Bowen and wife Jan; sister, Yvonne Hightower and husband Cuethal; grandchildren, Jarrod Bowen and Corey Bowen; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Special thanks to Dr. Keith Marrow and staff, ICU Nurses at Russellville Hospital, Dr. Jerry Williams and Hospice of North Alabama.
