RHS graduate receives NW-SCC scholarship

Taylor Mae Hollimon, Russellville, received an Opportunity Scholarship from Northwest-Shoals Community College.

A graduate of Russellville High School, Hollimon was a member of the Marching Hundred Band, RHS Singers, newspaper and annual staff, National Honor Society, Science Club, Franklin County Junior Leadership, Students Against Destructive Decisions, Christian Students United, Spanish Club, Student Booster Club and Key Club. She was treasurer of Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America, a Tigerette and vice president of the Show Choir.

Hollimon is the daughter of Terry and Tish Hollimon. Her grandparents are Charles and Linda Fisher and Arthur and Shirley Hollimon.

While at Northwest-Shoals, she will pursue a degree in music.
