Shirley Ann Chambers Quillen, age 76, Russellville, passed away on Friday, May 1, 2015 at ECM Hospital.

Mrs. Quillen was a member of Eastside Church of Christ.  She loved being active, and loved especially shopping at yard sales and having her own.

The visitation was Sunday, May 3, 2015 at Spry Memorial Chapel, with the funeral following in the chapel.   Officiating was Bro. Mike Morrow.  Burial followed at Knights of Pythias Cemetery.

She is survived by her daughter, Cindy Sheppard and husband, Mark; son, Ronald Quillen and wife, Kathryn; grandchildren, Jacob Sheppard, Matthew Sheppard, Connor Quillen; sisters, Bertha Elledge and husband, James, Gail West and husband, Wayne; brother, John Chambers and wife, Margie; and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Ollie Eugene Quillen; parents, Albert and Lula (Matthews) Chambers; and brother, James Chambers.

The pallbearers were Bill Thompson, Bob Hamilton, Jerry Oliver, Josh Hester, Timmy Williams, and Charles Rickard.

The family would like to extend a special appreciation to the nurses and staff of ECM ICU for the love and care shown to our mother.
