The Lawrence County Red Devils proved to be too much for Russellville Friday night as Russellville fell 65-42. The Golden Tigers fell behind 10-0 to start the game and trailed 21-8 at the end of the first quarter.

Russellville’s Adonis Bailey scored half of the team’s first quarter points and provided some early excitement with a dunk.

Turnovers plagued the Golden Tigers throughout the game. The Red Devils were able to take advantage and led 38-17 at the half and 61-29 going into the final quarter.

Eight Golden Tigers scored in the game with Kamar Baugh leading the way with 10 points. He was followed by Adonis Bailey (8), Austin Stidham (8), Tyler Willis (5), Cedric Freeman (3), Christian Foster (3), Colby Tompkins (3) and Joshua Seal (2).
