Orvil M. Guinn, 81, died Tuesday, Dec.2, 2014 at  Northwest Medical Center in Springdale, Ark. He was born in Russellville, and worked in Tool & Die for Chevrolet in Parma, Ohio. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Graveside services were Saturday, Dec. 6, at DempseyCemetery, Russellville. Burial was in DempseyCemetery.

Survivors are four children, Marlyon Garmback and husband, Joseph, Brook Park, Ohio, Marinda Guinn, Newport News, Va., Dinah White, West Fork, Ark., and Ronnie Guinn, Brook Park, Ohio; two brothers, Gillie Guinn, Russellville, and Foy Guinn, Hodges; 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Minor Matthew Guinn and Fronie Nancy Petree Guinn, a grandson, Spc. Joseph M. Garmback Jr., KIA Iraq, July 8, 2004 and three brothers, Troy Guinn, Voil “Bud” Guinn and O. C. Guinn.

Visitation was Saturday, Dec. 6, 2014, at Deaton Funeral Home, RedBay.
