Cultura Garden Club decorates courthouse

Members of the Cultura Garden Club along with others helped put Franklin County in to the Christmas Spirit by decorating the Russellville Courthouse. Members are Martha Sibley, Cheri McCain, Brenda Oliver, Doris Woodruff, Carol Dykes, Susie Malone, Patricia Cox, Hillary Hall, and Kathy Archer. Others that helped decorate are members of the Bank Independent Helping Hands, Meagan Hill, Julie Wells, and Hillary Hall; City of Russellville Street Department,  Roy Prince; City of Russellville Electric Department, Willard Mitchell; and other volunteers, Don Sibley and Ray Dykes.
