Juvenile in custody in connection to RHS bomb threat
Russellville Police Chief Chris Hargett said they now have a 16-year-old male in custody in connection with the bomb threat that caused Russellville High School to be evacuated this morning.
Hargett said the boy is being charged with making a terrorist threat and rendering a false alarm.
Hargett said the identity of the boy, who is a student at RHS, cannot be released because of his juvenile status.
Franklin County Sheriff Shannon Oliver also confirmed that the FCSO is currently questioning several people of interest that could possibly be connected to the threats that caused Tharptown High School and Tharptown Elementary School to be evacuated this afternoon.
