Tigerettes hosting dance camp

The 2014 RHS Marching Hundred Tigerettes will host a dance camp on Saturday, Aug. 23, at the RHS Band Room from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. with registration beginning at 8:30 a.m. A performance for the parents will begin at 2 p.m. Registration fee is $25 and includes a T-shirt, snack, and camp fee.

The camp will be open to ages 3-14. The captains will be teaching a danceline prep class for any girls who want to tryout for danceline within the next two years. They will learn all the tryout basics, fight song, and a dance/kickline routine. All other ages will learn dance technique, basics, and a dance routine. All dance camp participants will also march around the track with the Tigerettes at the Sept. 5 home game against J.O. Johnson. They will perform the fight song on the field during pregame.
