Wanda Fitts, 61, died Sunday, April 28, 2013, at her residence.

She was born Dec. 4, 1951, in Russellville and was a nurse for Dr. Kevin Kelly for 25 years. She was a member of Free Will Baptist Church, Red Bay.

Services were Thursday, May 2, 2013, at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, with Bro. Steve Lindsay officiating. Burial was in Red Bay City Cemetery.

Survivors are one son, Thomas Long Jr., New York, N.Y.; four sisters and brothers, Janet Wright, Danny Garrison, Cindy Mayo and Stevie Garrison and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Fitts, a daughter, Belinda Kaye Long, and her parents, Glover and Nople Garrison.

Pallbearers were Josh Garrison, Richard Blanton, Ethan Blanton, Alex Gist, Joel McCalpin and Dr. Kevin Kelly.
