Jerry Wayne Green, 50, Russellville, passed away Tuesday, July 17, 2012.

The visitation was held on Thursday, July 19, 2012, at Akins Funeral Home in Russellville followed by the funeral service in the funeral home chapel with Jason Green officiating. Interment was held in Knights of Pythias Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Jonas Boyles, Jordan Boyles, Danny Stowe, Tim Wilson, John Hutchins, & Doil Akins; with Andy Poss, honorary pallbearer.

He was preceded in death by his parents, JC and Martha Green; grandparents, Earl and Lorene Green and Tom and Lora Hill.

He leaves to cherish his memory, children, Jessie Green and Anna Green; brother, Benny Green; and niece, Candace Green Wood.

Akins Funeral Home assisted the family.
