Mildred Louise Pounders Michael, 78, Russellville, passed away Sunday, June 10, 2012, at Russellville Hospital.

Funeral services were Tuesday, June 12, 2012, with Bro. Curtis Taylor officiating. Burial was in Isbell Chapel Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James F. Michael; parents, John and Anna Blankenship Pounders; 10 siblings.

She leaves to cherish her memory, children, Roy Geans and wife, Gail, Larry Geans and wife, Cheryl, Mildred Purser and husband, Jessie, Joyce Crumpton and husband, Terry, James Michael and wife, Beverly, Brenda Michael and Marty Henderson, Paul Michael, Lisa Hightower and husband, Steve; nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren;  a host of nieces and nephews.

Our family extends special thanks to Dr. Miranda Decker, hospital nursing staff; Burns Nursing Home staff, Franklin County Sherriff’s Department and Gray Rock FCM Church.
