Wanza Sue McDonald, 52, died Wednesday, May 16, 2012, at North Mississippi Medical Center. She was a native of Houston, Miss., and worked in computer programming.

Services were Friday, May 18, 2012, at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, with Bro. William Warren, Sr. and Bro. William Warren, Jr. officiating. Burial was in Holly Springs Cemetery, Hodges.

Survivors are two daughters, Crystal McDonald, Tremont, Miss., and Samantha McDonald, Golden, Miss.; her parents, Hal and Bonnie Patterson, Tremont, Miss.; one sister, Joyce Engle and husband, Rodney, Golden, Miss.; one niece, Tanya Holcomb, Golden, Miss.; two nephews, Austin Engle, Belmont, Miss., and Rocky Engle, Red Bay; four great-nieces and three great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Luther and Virdie Stanphill and Ray and Annie May Patterson.

Pallbearers were Austin Engle, Brian Bridgeman, William Warren, Danny Yielding, Dennis Mitchell, Scotty Mitchell and Chuck Petree.
