Eric Jarvis Phillips, 55, of Courtland, formerly of Russellville, died Wednesday, May 16, 2012.

Funeral services were Tuesday, May 22, 2012,  at Strait Gate Apostolic Church in Florence.

Burial was in Phillips Cemetery, Russellville.
