Sarah Ruth Pounders, 77, Russellville, passed away Thursday, Feb. 23, 2012, at Russellville Hospital.

The visitation will be 1– 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25, 2012, at Spry Memorial Chapel.  The funeral will follow at 3 p.m. in the chapel.  Burial will be at Liberty Hill Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Travis Pounders; sons, Jeff Pounders, Bobby Pounders; parents, Sherman and Dessie Cleveland; sisters, Marie McClellan, Maxine Peppers; brothers, Lymon Cleveland, Kenneth Cleveland.

She is survived by her daughter, Shirley Copeland; sons, Tommy Pounders, Gary Pounders and wife, Diane; grandchildren, Lisa Thomanson, Misty Copeland, Shanna Pounders, Lindsey Skinner, Lesley Pounders; great-grandchildren, A.J. Sturm, Cody Sturm, Jonathan Copeland, Summer Hall; sister, Betty Patterson and husband, Billy; brother, J.B. Cleveland and wife, Maxine; and several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to friends and family for your love and support.
