Man arrested on theft charges
A Russellville man was arrested over the weekend after he was accused of stealing money out of a vehicle on Saturday afternoon.
Tyler Lynn Vincent, 29, Franklin 56, Russellville, was arrested on charges of third-degree theft of property, unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle and first-degree criminal trespassing.
According to Russellville Police Chief Chris Hargett, the victim in the case filed a report on Saturday afternoon stating his vehicle had been broken into two different times during that day and a substantial amount of cash was reportedly taken during the break-in.
During the course of the investigation, Hargett said Vincent was developed as a suspect and was arrested Sunday afternoon based on the evidence collected in connection to the case.
Vincent is currently being held in the Russellville City Jail.
