Frances Hill Fisher, 61, of Russellville, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2012, at Helen Keller Hospital.
She lived her entire life in Franklin County and was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Russellville. She was a bookkeeper and notary public.
Funeral services were Friday, Jan. 13, 2012, at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville, with Bro. Michael Stancil officiating. Burial was in Franklin Memory Gardens.
She is survived by her husband, Roland B. Fisher; daughter, Cecilee H. Fisher, both of Russellville; mother, Alice Melba Hill, of Belgreen; brothers, James W. Hill and wife, Edna, of Russellville, Johnny L. Hill and wife, Oniece, of Belgreen; granddaughter, Brooklyn Cierra Fisher; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by father, William Daniel Hill.
