According to Franklin County Sheriff Shannon Oliver, investigators received information that the three suspects were involved in cooking methamphetamine at the Old Winstead Road residence.

Oliver said when officers arrived at the residence on Friday to serve the search warrant, Martin and Stevens were taken into custody after drug paraphernalia and illegal substances were discovered.
