Mary A. Bruce, 91, Phil Campbell, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2011.

Funeral services were Thursday, Dec. 8, 2011, at Akins Funeral Home with Bro. Charlie Britnell officiating. Interment was in Edgar’s Chapel Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Bruce; daughter, Doris Noble Lewis; father, Cornal Forsythe; mother, Ada Bell “Oliver” Wisdom; brother, Lester Forsythe.

She is survived by her daughter, Betty Lawler; grandchildren, Debbie Borden and her husband, Johnny, Linda Rodgers and her husband, Mark, Curtis Nix and his wife, Tammie, Vicki King and her husband, Barry; 14 great grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; nephew, Bobby Forsythe and his wife, Sandra.
