Dorothy Imojean Kimbrough, 92, of Decatur, formerly of Russellville, passed away Thursday, Oct. 13, 2011, at Lawrence Medical Center in Moulton.

She was a lifelong resident of North Alabama and member of the First Freewill Baptist Church in Decatur.

Funeral service will be Sunday, Oct. 16, 2011, 2 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville with Bro. Wayne Wilson and Bro. Phillip Kimbrough officiating. Burial will follow in Franklin Memory Gardens.Visitation will be Saturday, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Survivors include daughters, Juanita Smith and husband, William E., of Trinity, Patricia Colburn and husband, Jim, of Decatur; sons, Phillip Kimbrough and wife, Mildred, of Decatur, Donny Kimbrough and wife, Sharon, of Athens; sister, Willodean Hurst, of Huntsville; nine grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paskiel Kimbrough; brother, Malcolm D. Hurst.
