Earl Berryhill, 84, finished his walk through life and went home to be with the Lord and family that left before him on Thursday, September 29, 2011 at Helen Keller Hospital.
He was an iron worker for many years and was still a member of Local 477, Sheffield, Ala.  He proudly served in the U.S. Navy for 8 years in World War II and the Korean War.
He was preceded in death by his parents, W. O. Berryhill and Hattie Mitchell Berryhill; stepfather, Wallace Mansell; beloved son, Steven Earl Berryhill; brother, Billy Ray Berryhill; and sister, Ella Mae Guffy.
He is survived by his daughter, Carol Ledlow and husband, Doug; son, Nick Berryhill and wife, Faye; sisters, Thelma Parker, Judy Silva and husband, Butch, Luree Shields and husband, Zane; brothers, Woodrow Mansell and wife, Charlotte; numerous loved grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
The visitation will be 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, October 2, 2011 at Spry Memorial Chapel, Russellville, with the funeral following at 2 p.m. in the chapel.  Bro. Steve Slatton will be officiating at the service.   Burial will be at Bethlehem Cemetery.
The pallbearers will be Gary Ledlow, A.J. Ledlow, Casey Ledlow, David Posey, Frank Palmere, Brady Ledlow.  Honorary pallbearer will be Woodrow Mansell.
