Betty Ruth Millican, 82, of Littleville, Ala. passed away Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at her residence.
She lived her entire life in Colbert County and was a member of North Highland Baptist Church in Littleville.
At her request there was a graveside service only, Friday, Sept. 2, 2011 at Knights of Pythias Cemetery with Rev. W. E. Bailey officiating.
She is survived by one daughter, Donna Millican Benson and husband, Ronald, of Russellville; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by husband, Robert Lee Millican; parents, W. R. and Lera Bullington; sister, Willodean Woods; brothers, Frank Howard Bullington, Billy Joe Bullington.
Special thanks to caregivers, Faye Baker, Kelly Dunbar, Debbie Mayfield, Helen Vickers, Tyra Willis and special friend and caregiver Barbara Gravitt.  Also, thanks to Southern Care nurses and staff.
