Weaver, Stidham to wed

Ricky and Dawn Weaver, of Red Bay, and Melissa Lamar, of Florence, are proud to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Kolby Brook Weaver, to Erick Wayne Stidham, the son of Billy and Nancy Stidham, of Golden, Miss.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Robert and Wanda Wallace, of Iron City, Tenn., the late Milton Weaver, of Leoma, Tenn., Glen and Wilma Tucker, of Leoma, Tenn., the late Errol Oden, of Phil Campbell, and Chris Oden, of Phil Campbell.

She is the great-granddaughter of Ruby Luncford, of Leoma, Tenn., and Eunice Franklin, of Dublin, Ga.

She is a graduate of Red Bay High School and received her A.S. degree from Northwest-Shoals Community College.

She is currently attending the University of North Alabama and is employed by Sparks CPA firm.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Jimmy and Helen Ray, of Golden, Miss., and the late Grady and opal Stidham, of Red Bay.

He is a graduate of Red Bay High School and is employed as a supervisor at Sunshine Mills.

The wedding ceremony will be at 2 p.m. on Dec. 18, 2010, at Pilot Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Vina.

No invitations will be sent, but all friends and family are invited to attend.
