Wallace Theo Thorn, 82, Fayetteville, Tenn., formerly of Russellville passed away Friday, Oct. 8, 2010 at Lincoln Medical Center, Fayetteville, Tenn.

He was a retired vocational teacher from Russellville City School System and served 2 years in the U.S. Army.  Mr. Thorn was a member of the Baptist Church.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, Oct. 12, 2010 at Pinkard Funeral Home in Russellville with James McCullar and Patrick Murray officiating.  Burial was in KP Cemetery in Russellville.

He is survived by his wife, Willie Estelle Thorn, of Fayetteville, Tenn.; sons, James Wallace Thorn and wife, Sue, of Fayetteville, Tenn. and Roger Anthony Thorn and wife, Linda, of Phil Campbell; brothers, John Thorn, C.D. Pete Thorn, Billy Thorn; sister, Carolyn Sue Thorn; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews

He was preceded in death by parents, Charlie and Myrtle Thorn.
