Helene M. Hoffmann, 93, of Russellville, passed away Friday, Oct. 8, 2010 at Terrace Manor Nursing Home and Rehabilation Center.  Mrs. Hoffmann was born July 27, 1927 in St. Louis, Mo. to the late Frank and Mary Booth, and has resided in Russellville since 1981.  She was employed at Distinctive Designs in Russellville for many years.

A funeral mass will be celebrated at 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 9, 2010 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert J. Hoffmann; a son, Gregory; brothers, John, Ford and Donald Booth. 

She is survived by sons, John, of St. Louis, Mo, Timothy, of Irvine, Calif., Thomas and Richard Hoffmann, of Russellville; Daughters-in-law, Emma Hoffmann, of Russellville and Therese Hoffmann, of Irvine, Calif.; granddaughters, Kristin, Courtney and Lauren; grandsons, Kurt, Michael and Ryan Hoffmann; great- grandchildren, Jaden, Parker, Landon, Kendall and Caleb Hoffmann.

The family would like to express special thanks to the staff of Terrace Manor for all the attention and kindness.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Mrs. Hoffmann’s name to Good Shepherd Catholic Church.
