William Bobby Baggett, 71, of Duluth, Ga., passed away Thursday, July 1, 2010 at Emory Eastside Medical Center in Snellville, Ga.  He was born Nov. 20, 1938 in Franklin County, Ala. to James and Esther Cooper Baggett. He was a truck driver for 15 years and was a Baptist.

Funeral services were held July 5, 2010 at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel in Red Bay with Bro. Lloyd Ray Griffus officiating.  Burial was in Baggett Cemetery in Atwood, Ala.

He is survived by two children, Denise Baggett and Gary Baggett, both of Ohio; three sisters, Kathleen Perry, of Huntsville, Ala., Eloise Garland and Linda Paden, both of Atlanta, Ga.; two brothers, Billy Baggett, of St. Louis, Mo. and Jerald Baggett, Duluth, Ga.; and four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother and one sister.
