UPDATE: Masterson qualifies to run for House seat

By Staff
Russellville City Councilman Jeff Masterson announced Monday that he has qualified to run against State Rep. Johnny Mack Morrow in the June Democratic Party primary for the District 18 House of Representatives seat.
Morrow has held that seat for five terms.
Masterson is in his first term as a city councilman representing District 1.
