Franklin County Sheriff's deputies tracked down the culprit who they say broke into a residence on Franklin Street in downtown Russellville.
Franklin County Sheriff's office investigators said Douglas Martin, 33, of 1311 Hwy 81 in Russellville was picked up Wednesday afternoon on Alabama 24, west of Russellville.
Authorities said Martin was taken into custody and charged with third-degree burglary, second-degree theft of property and second-degree receiving stolen property.
Investigators said Martin had already been indicted on first-degree receiving stolen property charges for items stolen from a storage unit located in East Franklin.
Officials said all four charges are considered to be felonies.
Martin's bond has been set at $10,000 and he is being held at the Franklin County Jail.
The situation is still under investigation by the sheriff's office.
