Wishing the best for Franklin County in the New Year

Today we bid farewell to 2010 and welcome in 2011 as the calendar rolls over to another year.
We at the Franklin County Times wish the best to our readers and hope this is a good year for all the citizens of Franklin County.
The past couple of years have been tough, but times change and hopefully 2011 will bring the changes people need to get out of the rough patch they have experienced.
