Officials looking for spec building tenant

Russellville’s spec building, located in the industrial park off Walnut Gate Road, has been sitting empty since its completion near the beginning of November.
The 55,000-square-foot facility funded by the city of Russellville along with five local banks is still looking for occupants.
Prospects for the building before it was developed were numerous, but since its completion the building has had only one look.
The industrial spec building has the ability to hold multiple companies if the interest rises.
The building would be able to hold as many types of industries as possible.”
The purpose for the building is to have something to offer companies. Mays said it is hard to bring industries and jobs into Franklin County if you have nothing to lure them in with.
