RED BAY – Red Bay will try to extend it current win streak against Cherokee to four games Friday and keep pace with Lexington for the lead in Class 2A, Region 8.
The Tigers are 3-0 overall and 2-0 in region play. Cherokee is 1-2 overall and 1-1 in region action.
Both team have played the same region opponents to this point in the season.
Red Bay has defeated Westminster Christian Academy 38-17 and Hatton 33-6.
Cherokee hasn't fared as well. The Indians squeaked past Hatton 23-20 and lost to WCA 7-0.
