Chamber generously providing coats still

By Staff
Staff Editorial
The coldest weather of the winter season is upon us and there are many people ill prepared for what lies ahead.
Thankfully many families throughout Franklin County have stepped up to offer their help with generous donations of coats and blankets.
The chamber of commerce generated a coat drive in early December that allowed them to distribute more than 300 coats to area students.
Yet, there are many coats still available, at no charge, to those in need.
If anyone needs a coat or knows someone who does, we encourage you to seek help at the chamber office in downtown Russellville.
We are just a few hours away from the coldest weather of the year. Let's make sure everyone is warm.
The chamber and many generous residents have made this assistance possible. Don't get left out in the cold.
