Opal Hester

Opal Ara Cooper Hester, 92, of Russellville, Ala., passed away Monday, Dec. 22, 2008, at Red Bay Care Center.
Visitation will be from noon until 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 26 at Spry Memorial Chapel in Russellville. The funeral will follow at 2 p.m. in the chapel and the burial will be in Knights of Pythias Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Hester; father, Henry Clay Cooper; and mother, Lula Lee Hester Cooper.
She is survived by her son, Roger Dale Hester, and grandson, Wesley Hester.
