BREAKING NEWS: Schools to open late Friday

By Staff
The Franklin County and Russellville City Schools will open at 10 a.m. Friday.
School officials made the decision to open late Thursday afternoon after various weather reports and the county Emergency Management Agency discussed possible snowfall and icy road conditions for Friday morning.
