West Elementary hosting Santa breakfast

By Staff
Melissa Cason
West Elementary will host Breakfast with Santa tomorrow morning as a fundraiser for the school.
Counselor Michelle Hester said breakfast will begin at 8 a.m. and will wrap up by 11 a.m. in the school's cafeteria.
"Parents, students and faculty at the school have been working hard on decorating for the event," Hester said.
The first and second grade students with the help of music teacher Lauren Stroud will provide entertainment.
Tickets can be purchased at the door for $5 and include admission into the event and breakfast. Children ages two and up must have a ticket.
"There will be numerous craft booths at the event, and the children may get their pictures made with Santa," Hester said.
She said this is the first year the school has hosted the event, and the children are getting excited about performing Christmas songs for their families.
