Commission sets holiday schedule

The Franklin County Commission set the work schedule for the upcoming holidays Thursday.
County offices, including the courthouse, will be closed Thursday, Nov. 27 and Friday, Nov. 28 for Thanksgiving.
Garbage collection next week will run as scheduled except for Thursday, which will be picked up on Friday.
County offices will close at 2 p.m. on Christmas Eve and will be closed Christmas Day and Dec. 26.
