County teachers leading the way

The education process that many county residents went through and are familiar with is much different than that our children receive today.
There are many examples throughout the school year where our local teachers are using new innovative techniques in their lessons.
The county and Russellville city school systems have done a remarkable job in attracting highly qualified teachers in recent years who turn out to be "outside the box" thinkers.
Many students learn by being shown something rather than having material read to them.
This hands-on approach to teaching will be invaluable to these students in the future.
Our hats are off to the educators throughout the county who work so diligently to make sure that our students have every opportunity that's available to them.
