vote Tuesday
We encourage everyone to make it to the polls on Tuesday to vote in the municipal elections.
Whether its Russellville, Red Bay, Phil Campbell, Vina or Hodges, this is your chance to make an impact on the community where you live.
The old expression, "every vote counts," is so true. Especially when the voting numbers could be low in some districts.
City elections are important because we are voting for people that shape our local governments.
They decide who sit on boards that make decisions about our lives each day.
But it is a decision that we all need to take seriously and make count.
Don't sit home and think that someone else will make their opinion count and not you.
Let your voice be heard and make it count.
We can't complain if we don't do our part in selecting our leaders.
