Thursday Update: Two arrested on drug charges

Two county residents were arrested on drug charges late Tuesday.
Waylon Dee Hill, 30, of Phil Campbell, was charged with second-degree attempting to manufacture a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Britnie Daphine Buchen, 18, of 300 Franklin 81 in Phil Campbell, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Officials said the arrests stemmed from a traffic stop.
