Saturday Update: Accused rapist found in Arizona

Russellville Police say a 24-year-old man accused in a 2007 rape in Franklin County has been taken into custody in Pima County, Ariz. Chief Chris Hargett said his office has been notified that Marvin Ardon was picked up by Tucson police in during a routine traffic stop. Ardon was charged with first-degree rape following a reported incident that occurred on Oct. 29, 2007. He was out of jail on bail when he disappeared Nov. 14.
