Officials with the Franklin County Sheriff's Department and the Phil Campbell Police Department made three arrests at a Phil Campbell residence Wednesday evening.
Franklin County Sheriff Larry Plott said Angela Delores White, 23, James Carl McCullough, 24, and Annette Harbin, 42, all of 50 May Hall Drive in Phil Campbell, were arrested on drug related charges after officials found methamphetamine, illegal prescription drugs and marijuana.
Plott said White was charged with two counts of possession of controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a child.
McCullough was charged with possession of controlled substance, paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a child.
"We learned that White and McCullough had manufactured meth at the residence in the presence of children so we called in DHR to assist with the placement of the children," Plott said.
Harbin was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree possession of marijuana.
