The Russellville Police Department is asking witnesses to come forward with any information related to a stabbing that occurred late Friday night.
Russellville Police Chief Chris Hargett said a man pulled up to the Franklin County Jail and stumbled to the gate. Corrections officers found the 21-year-old had been stabbed several times in the back and his throat had been cut.
"We have no leads in this case and are unsure where the assault actually took place," Hargett said.
He added the victim
